I called the company and just needed a garage opener installed, they gave me a quote over the phone. I called another place and they required someone to come onsite. I really wanted it done that day and they were able to accommodate that, which was nice. Jordan was my installer and he is really an asset to this company. Outgoing, friendly and very efficient, he really knows what he is doing. He said if there were any problems he would come back out and take care of it, they have a 90 'problem' policy. He took the box with the trash in it with him, so I didn't have to clean up. I also got a follow up call to make sure everything was OK. I went with this company because it had great reviews, and those were well deserved.

Extremely prompt in providing an estimate and scheduling the install. The installer, Jesse, arrived on time. He was extremely professional, being efficient with the install and answering all questions. A great value and accordingly I would highly recommend Town and Country Door to others.

Easy going. Late about 15 minutes--I was too! Meeting at work went longer than expected... knew how to get the door back on track/lubed. And adjusted so it fits securely at the top and isn't so heavy if manual lifting is needed.

Showed on time, next day did job cleaned up and explayeverything well. Happy

This is the 2nd time I've worked with T&C. There was a big communication problem this time. I setup an appointment, and when the window came and went, no-one had shown up. Called the office and they had no record of the appointment. Told me the tech would arrive w/in 30 minutes, but didnt tell the tech who proceeded to enjoy his lunch and arrive in 90 minutes. It was one of those days where i didnt really have the flexibility.

Repair completed with no problems. Knowledgeable and forthcoming with maintenance recommendations.
