Brian was very professional and explained everything that he needed to do to fix our door. He called before arriving to tell me how soon he would be arriving. Before his appointment, when the office set up the appointment, I was told his name as the repair person that would be coming to my home later in the day. This plus his call made me very comfortable when he actually arrived.

Gary arrived early (he did call first to make sure that was okay), diagnosed the problem with our garage door opener and had the transmission gear replaced within 20 minutes. would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Very happy with the service I received. They came out, changed out the spring that broke, lubed my door opener chain and checked to make sure everything was working and charged what they told me the charge would be. I had a horrible experience with the door company I had originally called out (they charged me $250 to come out and open the door then wanted another $250 to fix the spring) T&C was very professional and even apologized for my experience with the other company. Will definitely call them again if I have problems with my garage door, or when it need replacing.

Garage door springs broke on a Sunday, I called and they were here on Monday as promised, and were done by 9:45am -FANTASTIC SERVICE AND VALUE - DESERVE A TEN RATING

He came out quick. Others said replace the door. He fixed it fast and inexpensively. He also gave me a quote for installation of a new door opener if I wanted to buy my own. Very good. Very reasonable. Asking him to come look at some new door damage.

I submitted my request for quotes for garage repair and received a phone call within minutes. The price was very reasonable and they offered to have a technician to come out the same day. We ended up scheduling the next morning, which was Saturday. Gary was our technician. He was prompt, courteous, and completed the repair timely. We would definitely use them again if needed.
