Thank goodness they came the same day to fix our garage door. We could not get our car out. They were quick to come an take care of it for us.

Brian was great. Did the repair work and then went out of his way to explain the problems and also showed me how to maintain the garage doors going forward. Very impressive work. My only issue was that the time scheduled via HomeAdvisor was for 1:00 pm and, when they didn t show up by 1:20, I called. They said the appointment window was between 2:00 to 4:00. Probably needs to work with HomeAdvisor to refine the timing but, otherwise, A+ work from my perspective.

contractor wanted to use my 23 yr old wire instead of the wire that came with the box day 2 he tried ti splice 3 pieces of his used wire to make job complete day 3 yet to come im 65 retired handicap driven man that doesnt want to have troubles hunting down an open splice somewhere down the line

I paid $230 to replace 2 springs in a 2-car garage door. I believe price was reasonable. The service person, came, introduced himself, got the job done, got paid and left. Quick, simple, efficient.

Timing to get the door installed was longer than expected.

My technichian Kem, is the BEST! Called me in advance, waited for me to arrive, showed me the problem after he accessed. Thank you Kem for being paitient and so thorough.

Repair was diagnosed quickly by Gary but unfortunately he didn't have the needed part with him. We set up a mutually agreed time for the return visit and the repair was done. He also reset our remote openers, lubricated the rollers, and adjusted the chain for smoother operation. Very happy so far with the results.

Frank the installer was nice and knowledgeable. Getting the appointment set was a easy, but a girl from the office called and cancelled my appointment to set for the next day because I had a late appointment because I work. I ended up with the next day at noon. Frank called me, found out what the problem was and had my opener installed In an hour and a half. Frank made The appointment a sucess.
