SERVICE PLUS APPLIANCE REPAIR

The service person showed up when he said he would. He always puts a cloth down to catch any mess that would occur, and cleans everything up when he is finished. He has reasonable rates. The killer is the trip charge of $70.00, which I think everyone charges, but the price otherwise is good, and my dryer is working much better.

I have used Appliance Plus on many occasions, in fact they're the only ones I'll use. They are always very punctual, professional, thorough, and accurate with their assessment of what is wrong. They have repaired almost all of my appliances at one time or another, and I've never had a problem with any of their work. Great experiences!

The service date is approximate for the dryer repair. The dishwasher repair was a couple of years ago and was the more expensive of the 2 repairs. I think both repairs were competitively priced. I'm new to Angie's list and wanted to include both times I used Service Plus.

Both times I got a quick appointment and he was on time. He was professional and took care to be as neat as possible in his work. On one occasion he had the parts with him to fix the appliance. On the other occasion, the part had to be ordered and it arrived and was installed the next day. I would definitely recommend Service Plus.
