 + -1 moreI CALLED THIS COMPANY AND SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT. THEY SAID THAT THEY CAME OUT AND I WAS NOT HOME. THIS WAS NOT TRUE. THEY STILL TRIED TO CHARGE ME $60 FOR FAILING TO KEEP MY APPOINTMENT WITH THEM. I WAS VERY DISSATISFIED.
Description of Work: THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO COME OUT AND CLEAN THE CARPETS IN MY HOME.

 + -1 moreI THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. I HAVE USED THEM A COUPLE TIMES BEFORE, TOO. THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE A VERY GOOD JOB FOR ME AND THEY CHARGE ME A GOOD PRICE FOR THE WORK THEY DO. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEM.
