 + -1 moreGabriel is such a professional with a friendly , courteous approach, He is an expert at what he does, and is a pleasure to dela with. His store is modest, but the service is inexplicable. I have never been so impressed by any body so much. I strongly recommend him for all your vacuum needs. Even if its a drive for you to get to his store its completely worth it. He super courteous, when I went to pick up my vacuum after it was fixed, he carried it and loaded it in my car. He is a thorough gentlemen, and the prices he charges are very reasonable, he is honest , unlike others who may exaggerate the problem with your appliance to try and get more money out of you, especially when they realize you are clueless about how things work. I am pretty lazy about writing reviews(I know, I have to improve), but this time I felt its my responsibility to let people know about such an awesome service available to all.
Description of Work: He fixed my vacuum cleaner quickly and at a very resonable price.

 + -1 moreI was completely informed of the repairs needed. I then dropped off my vacuums , and they were repaired in 2 days .Both work well! I liked the way Gabrielles thought outside of the box to save me $70 0n a new cord and repair and adjust the original one. He seems to value being honest with the customer, and as a result he was very friendly to work with in dealing with my repair problems.
Description of Work: I have not been able to find a friendly, reliable vacuum repair service on the East side of Detroit. I read a good review about Gabriels Vacuums, and despite a longer drive I decided to take 2 broken vacuums in for an evaluation. One was a Hoover Windtunnel on which the Repel system did not work. It was very difficult to use. My other vacuum was an upright version of Electrolux. The roller did not work and I needed a new cord. He knew getting a cord would be an issue but he kindly offered to search for one. Within 2 days they called me with an estimate to repair the Hoover - no problem, and the cost was very reasonable! A new cord for the Electrolux was going to cost $70! No way was he going to charge me that much, but he asked me first. When I declined that option he offered to rework the original cord, removing about 4 feet of the badly damaged original cord. By the way, a repair shop near my home said flat out he couldn't help me. Gabrielles went the extra mile for a repair that was also very reasonable. They are very accommodating and pleasant on the phone and in person. Both vacuums were repaired within 2 days, and I was happy to work with this shop owner. I was treated respectfully and not dismissed for what may have been a difficult repair in another man's opinion.

 + -1 moreTony, the owner is one of the nicest people I've ever met. I take all my vacuums into him to be serviced. Being in the house/commercial cleaning business my vacuums need frequent servicing. His prices are so reasonable I'm surprised he's still in business.

Description of Work: My daughter just bought a carpet cleaner from them. They supply us with all the puts and stuff like that. If we have problems, we always take them there because he always has the parts.
