Humidity damage incurred. Overall work was not impressive; they were slow, not up to code, and sent incorrect bill (over $3000 higher)which took a week to sort out. I would not use them again.

I had a mold problem and they told me what they charged. They told me I could take care of it myself because I could not afford what they wanted to charge. The quoted price was $400. They were professional and very friendly.

When I initially contacted them, I left a message for someone to contact me for an estimate and was told I'd hear back that day. I didn't so I called back a day or two later, got in touch with a rep who set up an appointment for the next week for a detailed estimate. On the day of the appointment, a half hour before our meeting and after I had already gotten out of work early to get to my mom's house, Servpro called to cancel because a big job had been called in and the rep was pulled away. I set up a new appointment and asked to have the rep call me back to confirm it. I again never heard back. I called them a few days later to let them know I was going with another company and not to send anybody out for the rescheduled appointment I had made. Perhaps my situation was unusual but I don't appreciate working my schedule and my mom's around people who didn't seem to care.

We were blessed with two floods in our basement this past year. They came out and were extremely efficient is taking care of things for us. They came instantly when we called about the flood; they were here within the hour. They had all the equipment to dry the basement. They literally replaced the entire lower portion of our basement.
