Description of Work: The technician came punctually, and called 30 minutes before to ensure I was at home. As promised, it was same day service. I needed a less than 2 years old laundry washer repaired. He brought the part with him anticipating what the problem was, and he fixed the problem. However,I had to convince him to stay until fully verifying that the problem had been solved. Very subjectively, I have the feeling that even if the problem could have been solved in a less expensive way (for example, checking if the pump was plugged), the only method attempted was to change the part with a cost of $340. As a consumer, I felt I had no choice but to accept this, and that is never a good feeling.
