Masters Lawn & Landscape

Took a $400 deposit, 4 months ago, and then disappeared. Did not return phone calls or texts. RIP OFF ARTIST. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, OR KISS YOUR $ GOODBYE

I called Brent to get a quote and he and Jeremy came out the same day to take a look at my yard size and give me a price. He quoted the job less expensive than any other company I called and he was also cheaper than companies our neighbors use. I hired them and did not regret it. They always came on the same day at around the same time. They were quick, neat, and they always cleaned up before they left. There were always 3 men came, and it seemed they work well together. They had a routine, everyone knew what to do, and therefore they were in and out in 15 minutes max. If I had a comment or request, they were always very polite and did their best to fulfill my inquiries. I hired them last year because I had a brand new baby and I knew I will need some help around the house. This year my son is older, I will be able to do more on my own. So I cancelled their services, but not because I wasn't satisfied with their job. I would recommend them and if I will need help in the future, they are the one I will call.

They have been doing it for several years. They come out on a weekly basis. I am a long term customer and they don?t increase their rates. They don?t increase their rates on long-term customers. They may charge other customers more. They are prompt unless the weather tells them otherwise. I have had a couple of weeks where I have asked them not to mow because the lawn wasn?t growing. They are very accommodating. They have several customers, so their punctuality varies from week to week.

I have used them for about four years and they are right here in the city where I live in and I like to support the businesses where I live because I think that is very important. They are here every week, clean up very well and I get a lot of compliments about how my lawn looks.

THEY SHOW UP ON TIME AND THEY DO ALL OF THE WORK EXACTLY LIKE THEY PROMISE TO. I ALWAYS KNOW EXACTLY WHAT I AM GETTING FOR MY MONEY EACH AND EVERY MONTH.
