 + -1 moreHe was reasonably priced and did a good job. Seven months later I called because I had torn a small hole in the linoleum and there were also a few spots it was not laying smoothly. Eric returned and fixed both issues for me at no charge. I would use him again.

 + 0 moreEric gave us an estimate and stuck to it, he arrived when he said he would, was neat and always left the room clean and organized, never left his tools around and never left any messes. I was very pleased with his manner and his work ethic. The bathroom looks beautiful, and I am very pleased with his work. I would not hesitate to hire him again.
Description of Work: Eric took out the vinyl flooring , sub floor, toilet and pedestal sink in my small bathroom, installed cement board and ceramic tile, grouted it, cut and put up decorative molding and repaired and replaced the toilet fixture and sink. He had to adjust the connection for the sink now that it was higher. We purchased the tile, but gave Eric money to purchase the mastic, grout, etc. He provided a receipt for the installation products we asked him to purchase. He saved me time and got the things needed for the job since I didn't know what kind was needed.
