Mancuso's Florist was opened at its original location in Detroit by Frank Mancuso Sr. Most unique at the time, Mancuso's Florist was open on Sundays. To this day, the shop has opened and operated every day of its existence. In 1980, upon the passing of Frank Mancuso Sr. his son and daughter took over the family business and in 1999 Frank Mancuso III joined his dad as co-owner. Together they carried on the tradition of exceptional customer service with an emphasis on a quality product at the best value that would lead Mancuso's Florist to success in the future. Locally, Mancuso's Florist has been awarded the Detroit Heritage Recognition award for being part of the community for over 88 years. Throughout its operation, Mancuso's Florist has always and continues to invest in the most advanced technology available to our industry. Mancuso's Florist technological capabilities create the necessary efficiency within the organization to provide our clients with the level of professional service they deserve and we demand in an increasingly technological marketplace. We believe in exceeding customer expectations. We custom select flower shops in cities across the country with the highest qualification and capabilities to satisfy the most discriminating customer. Most florists we affiliate with have been personally selected to serve on our "Preferred Florist" list that we refer to when sending orders that are not in our delivery area. I use Mancuso's expert service for floral arrangements for my elderly God Mother who lives in the area; I live several hours away. When I call, I get personal, specialized, caring attention; you are treated like family, each and every time. The expertise that Mancuso's provides allows me to work with them and their designers to create a lasting memory for my God Mother. If you can dream it, they can do it! and the results are absolutely wonderful. Each experience has provided long lasting, beautiful arrangements that are a joy to receive. The item I ordered yesterday morning was delivered by 1:30 in the afternoon, and her reaction was so intense; the beauty and meaning behind the arrangement was obvious. Thank you Frank and Company!
Description of Work: My elderly God Mother experienced a personal loss; Mancuso's, once again, designed the perfect arrangement to express our heartfelt sympathies and, of course, delivered it on time with great care.
