Description of Work: Found we had bed bugs in guest room. Orkin was the only service that could come out the same day we called. (We were leaving for a 3 week European vacation the next day so needed someone out.) The Rep was very professional and went over the entire house. He assured us we could close up the room for 3 weeks without fear of the infestation spreading. Orkin came out as scheduled 3 weeks later and treated the room. The Technician was very professional and knowledgeable and rechecked the whole house. We have not had any trouble since. I will call Orkin in the future if needed.
