I have never seen such a sloppy job, the tiles were crooked and as soon as it dried, the caulking was breaking off. Larry tried to blame and product, so I asked my tile salesman if this ever happened before, he said no. Larry told me to go over the caulk myself. Every time I look at that kitchen floor, I'm so upset that I ever paid him, full price nonetheless! He should not be installing tile. Kathy A

Larry came to the house to take a look at what needed to be done. He provided an estimate of cost and time to complete. He was thorough in his review of the areas needing work. As with many projects of this type, there is often more beneath the surface and once Larry got underneath the paint and to the dry wall, he discovered the repair work would be more time intensive than originally thought. Though he had to double the time he spent working on the project, his final invoice was only slightly more than the original estimate. Larry came to work on the house when we were not at home; very trustworthy.
