It got repaired, although they had to order the part and come back on another day to install it.

They were easy to contact to get an appointment scheduled. They showed up promptly and completed the repair. They were professional, and reasonably priced.

Repair was completed quickly and efficiently. I watched closely. If the same problem occurs in the future I will do it myself and save a $100 or so.

Very punctual and quick to respond. Not only did he fix my fridge but looked at my dryer as well since it was making a loud noise and told me how to remedy to at no cost. Excellent service

Despite good reviews, this provider immediately said I was and quot;out of our service areaand quot;. When I asked if that meant the provider will not do business in Detroit at all, the provider said and quot;Yesand quot;. Did offer a referral to different provider located in Roseville, MI, which is even farther away from my house.
Irksome. Why is this provider even on the Angie's List I receive at my Detroit address? Waste of my time.

Our diswasher, which is less than 3 years old, was making an increasingly loud noise like something was coming apart inside the pump. I called several appliance repair people and A-Dependable was the closest highly-rated company in this category that would service our area. I was informed there was a $65.00 trip fee which would be applied to the repair. The repairman came and I demonstrated the noise for him and he made the necessary repairs, he even had the part in his van. The total repair time was less than an hour. My problem is with companies who charge an up-front fee. I selected yes on whether to hire again, but that is subject to change.

I scheduled the appointment. The lady on the phone was very informative and predicted exactly what I would need. The repairman was prompt and professional. He had the parts I needed in his truck. The cost was slightly higher than quoted. They definetely did not try to milk the job and informed me that even though my dryer is old it is a GOOD old and should last me another few years.

The service technician diagnosed the problem with our washer within 10 minutes; indicated that he would order the part; contacted me as soon as the part was in and came out the next day to repair it. He was very professional and knowledgeable!

Overall, the experience was good. The technician showed up on time, when they said they would and was able to fix the problem. I would definitely call them again.

They came out promptly and and didn't mind looking at the problem with out me being there. I have had them over in the past and have always thought they were really great.

The service technician was late and very rude. He examined the clothes washer and told me that the motor and agitator were defective. He could replace the parts with a rebuilt motor and agigtator . I have an older GE model. I know that parts for these appliances are hard to find. He then said for the price I would have to charge you you could buy a new washer from our store. I did not trust this acessment and declined further service. I had a friend look at the washer and he said their was a cloth belt wrapped around the agigtator and fixed it in 10 minutes!!!.

The repairman visited once to diagnose the problem. He returned a week later to fix it. He spliced in a replacement tube to repair the leak. I knew from a previous repair that I had completed that it was a difficult repair due to the number of tubes bundled together and the limited space. We've had no problems since the repair.

THEY DID AN AWESOME JOB. THEY WERE ON TIME AND DID NOT TRY TO DISHONOR THE WARRANTY. THEY WERE VERY NICE AND RESPECTFUL PEOPLE. THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME AND ASKED IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS.

AFTER CALLING THEM, THEY WERE HERE IN COUPLE OF HOURS. THE REPAIR WAS NOT ANYTHING MAJOR, BUT THEY HAD IT DONE IN LESS THEN AN HOUR. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE PRICE AND THE SERVICE.

THE GUY HIMSELF WAS FINE. THE SYSTEM THEY HAVE CREATED FOR MAKING A SERVICE CALL WAS RIDICULOUS. I HAD TO PAY ALMOST HALF THE COST OF THE WASHER JUST TO HAVE SOMEONE COME OUT TO LOOK AT IT. HE HAD TO COME BACK THREE DIFFERENT TIMES TOO. I WOULD NOT R

THIS COMPANY SCHEDULED MY REPAIR IMMEDIATELY AFTER MY CALL. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND THE REPAIR WENT QUICKLY. I FEEL THAT THE COST WAS LOW. THEY WERE POLITE AND FRIENDLY.

I WAS NOT VERY HAPPY WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY INSPECTED IT BEFORE WE MOVED IN. THEY FAILED TO TELL ME THAT IT DID NOT WORK. IT TOOK THEM A LONG TIME TO CONTACT ME AFTER I CALLED THEM. THEY CHARGE ME A LOT JUST TO MAKE A MINOR REPAIR.
