Description of Work: We got a quote really fast, he came to our backyard while I was not at home to take a look at it (which I liked because I work long hours and made the initial process faster), we talked over the phone about the job to be done, and I was very happy with the price, read some good reviews from their site (not from Angie's) and decided to sod my backyard. After I paid the initial amount, I kept calling the manager later on to set up a date for him to stop by so we could talk in person before the job was perfomed, but it never happened, he kept telling me that he understood what it was to be done. We received no instruction whatsoever of what we should have done prior to the job being done. Well, it all happened that they missed many spots of the yard that were supposed to be sodded, and the manager told me that "he could not see them" because my lawn was not previously mowned! (isn't this what you do for a living? and again no one told us that we were supposed to mown the lawn prior to the job). They removed my tulips without asking me to sod the spot and weeks later I found out that they did not remove the cloth lining from where the flower beds were, so the grass on those spots cannot grow roots and guess what? they are dying there. Also, after they finished the job I called the manager to say that I was not happy with the job and he was very patronizing and demanding, and gave me the impression that he thought I was not going to pay for the job- which I did in full 2 days after the lousy job was performed. Bottom line- I was going to keep improving my yard with them every year, but now will NEVER have business with them again and do not recomend their services at all
