Very unprofessional to not even call you back.
Description of Work: Gave an estimate. Several days later we both called and e-mailed to get the job done but never received a reply. We called several weeks later and never got a reply.

It is true that a return phone call was not given as stated but the reason is my son was hit by a car and was in Children's Hospital for some time. When I did call them back they stated that they didn't want us to do the work because we didn't call them back.

The one thing that they did is that they did a cut while it was raining and they totally messed up the yard. They beheaded a couple of our tulips I called a complained and they were not sympathetic and did nothing at all to solve the problem and they did that a second time as well. The customer service was really bad.
Description of Work: They were supposed to do our lawn care, mowing and edging, etc.

We did offer to replace the tulips but also stated that because the tulips had already bloomed that they would come back next year. They where not satisfied by our response and they never paid us for the work that was done either. We felt that the $ 30.00 was enough money to buy two tulips.
