The owner immediately diagnosed the problem as being one of two issues. I had done some research already on-line and was pretty sure he was correct. It was either going to be a simple repair or one which would be more costly but he couldn't say for sure until he started to work on it. He planned to check the simple, low cost repair first. It turned out the easy repair was the problem and he had the car back to us the next day. Shortly thereafter, we noticed a bad smell. We brought it back and he found the replaced part was defective. He changed it out the same day at no cost to us. We have used Glen's several times now and he has always been straight forward and professional. I think Glen's exemplifies great small town service. I would be very comfortable to use them again and to recommend them.

The hemi engine in my 2004 Durango decided to give out after only 87,000 miles and the piston went through the block. I was given the options for repair by the mechanic/technician at Glen's. Installing a used engine with low miles was the least expensive way to get my vehicle back on the road. The used engine was installed and tested to verify that it met specifications. The fuel injectors, which were taken from the old engine, were found to be dirty. The mechanic/technician took the time to make sure every thing was operating correctly before returning my vehicle. Glen's is a professionally run business with honest guys doing quality work. I would not hesitate to return for any auto repairs I may need in the future.

Finally, somebody that can fix auto a/c systems correctly, the first time. These folks are knowledgeable, honest, fair and fast. They explain what they did and why it needed to be done. You can't ask more than that. I will take it back to the nice, friendly crew that saved me money and gave fast, super nice and exceptional service.
