I can't say enough great things about Rick and Cathy. They are incredibly professional, truly lovely people. They take the time to make sure the job is done correctly and every detail is considered. They are very considerate of your home - we are currently undergoing a major remodel so our home is not so neat and tidy but they still put down rugs and tarps to ensure they didn't damage anything or leave any mess behind. I can assure you they were the only supplier to do this! The windows are installed perfectly and are gorgeous. I couldn't ask for more and I would hire them again without question - highly recommend!

The balancing system in my window broke. I discovered Rand H Glazing thru a value coupon mailing and gave them a call. They asked if I knew the manufacturer of the window, which I did not. So, they came out on appointment, on time, and evaluated what parts were needed and said they would have to order them. They provided and estimate of the job and would call for another appointment to complete the repair. A couple weeks later they called an week set up an appointment. They showed up on time and completed the repair in under an hour. It turns out, my windows were not built for replacement of the balancer spring mounts. They replaced the mounts and the springs on both sides of the window without leaving a trace of their work. They also provided some maintenance tips to keeps my windows working smoothly. Overall, I would have say it was a very pleasurable experience having them perform the work. I would recommend them for any repair similar to mine.
