bill said they were busy and would try to fit me in and told them after 4pm on would work on a couple of days this past week and said they can after 4pm but never specified on the date or time and told them i didn't like people showing up un announced and wanted an appointment that way it was confirmed and no problems would arise.  said to look for some other company after that.  this was deemed shady and unprofessional because of this factor, further more i tried getting them out here late fall and that was a hassle, first bill lost the appointment then called saying no one was home despite the fact i was home (never showed )  preceded to go to another appointment then asked what i needed and told him and he said oh we have to be there during the day for that and few days after he was supposed to be there he showed up unannounced and trespassed at my home.  i suggest lock your doors, arm yourselves if you deal with this company, but honestly are better off looking elsewhere for a more professional company that has integrity and respect towards a home owner.

I am very pleased with the company. When he discovered the crack in the pipe and knew what it would take to fix it, he told me about it and the cost. I appreciated that very much!
Additionally, when the were initially looking to diagnose the source of the smell, he went up on my roof to check the sewer vent, and discovered there wasn't an adequate seal around it. It didn't have anything to do with my specific issue, but he went ahead and sealed it for me.
The guys were polite and professional, and I have no problem recommending their company.

Frustrating experience. Called for repair help and they came out that same day. Didn't come prepared and had to purchase them fittings when I ran to the hardware store for a breaker. They finished the job and picked up their materials. Few minutes after they left, water heater started leaking. Called Bill who said he'd fix it but not till 1:00 the next day. I guess they're busy. Called me in the am to say it would be after 1:00 now. My wife stayed close to home all day and no one showed. I called at 5:00 and started trying to fix it myself. 6:30, no call back. Cancelled our evening plans and called again. Finally got a call and was told by Bill that someone should have been here and he doesn't know what the issue is. Now we're told it will be another hour. Must be nice to have so much business in this economy! We will never use them again, not a very responsive company!

He put on in the garage and one in my downstairs laundry room. He is excellent, he is very punctual and professional. His estimate stayed the same as before he began the work. He is a good guy. He is a master plumber, he is the plumber to use. I am happy with my new sinks.

He arrived before the appointment and removed his shoes as soon as he walked through the door. They were honest, reliable, and knowledgeable about everything in regards to my toilet. They were very efficient in their service as well. I appreciate the truthfullness and am very pleased with this company. Even without the home warranty I would use this company again.

We did not know anyone in the area we moved to and needed some plumbing done to place a water line to our new fridge. B and L was prompt, the work done fantastic, they used the best materials and the cost was great. The person who came to our home took his time, did quality work and made sure to explain everything being done and why. He was efficient and cost effective. They returned our calls promptly to set up the appointment and arrived when they said they would. He even answered other questions we had as well as took the time to show us things and help us with some heating questions we had regarding duct work. We will be calling them back soon to complete some further work. Great company!!
