Description of Work: They were the builders choice after a year we are still trying to get the kitchen granite fixed and now they ( Tony and the builder ) do not stand behind any tile and grout work at all. Tony has no concept of dealing with the customer or any ethics at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

we have had some issues with chips in a couple of the counter tops and it took a lot of time and effort to get him out to fix these problems, now we have a major stress crack in the counter top with the cook top in it and he promises to come out and never does and does not return calls. We were going to install more granite but we will never use him again. I will be happy if we can get him to fix the issues that he has now.
Description of Work: installed tile and granite in our new home for the builder.

THEY WERE A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. TWO MEN HANDLED THE JOB IN LESS TIME THEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD TAKE. THE OUTCOME WAS EXCELLENT. THEY HAD IMPRESSIVELY GOOD WORK ETHICS.
