I called in the morning (around 9:30am) and told that we were in a bind due to the fact that I work at a residential roofing company, and one of our doors was stuck open and wouldn't budge. That poses a problem, as someone could slide in and unlock the doors and steal valuable items from our warehouse if we didn't get it fixed by the end of the day. The person on the phone told me it wouldn't be a problem, and they could probably have someone out the same day. They took my cell phone number and told me they'd be over as soon as possible. Around 2:00 or so, I got a call that someone would be over to take a look at it. The guys name was Tim Wagner, and he was extremely polite and showed me what the problem was - one of the tension cables had come loose and the rollers had come out on the opposite side. He said he could probably fix it on site. Phew! After about an hour of work, he had the door back on track, had installed new rollers, greased the door, and adjusted both the tension cables so the door now works better than it has in 10 years! For all the work he did, he only charged me $180, which was more than fair, in my opinion. There's no question I'll be calling Wagner for any future repairs or replacements, and I'd have no reservations recommending them to any of my roofing customers either. GREAT JOB!

When I pushed the button on my garage door operator, the door started to open, but after it had opened a few feet, the bottom section split in half and the rollers came out of the tracks on both sides, so I was unable to move the door in either direction This is a 16 foot wide heavy wooden door and the two pieces of the split section were hanging about three feet above the floor, so I was unable to get my car out of the garage. I called Wagner Door in the morning and about 4 hours later Tim Wagner arrived and spent about two hours working on the door. He joined the broken sections with angle iron, replaced the damaged hinges and was able to restore the door so that there was absolutely no evidence of the damage from the outside. He also took the time to reset the travel adjustments on the door operator. The charge for his work was absolutely reasonable, compared with the cost of a new door and in addition Tim is a very nice guy, pleasant and courteous. I highly recommend Wagner Door for garage door repair or replacement.
