Fawley overhead door

It went well. They scheduled the installation within a week from when I called. They described the new opener completely and accurately before I bought it. The installation was on schedule and done well. The technician even helped me program my car remote to work with the door.

I called about a week prior, they arrived on time, took little time and explained the charges. Super professional folks.

The tech was actually able to come early and complete the work within an hour. Everything works great; there was some drywall damage, but it was a result of when the garage was finished previously rather than the work that was done on this occasion.

Every aspect of the experience was pleasant and professional.

Called for repair on Thursday morning just after 8 am. A technician was on site by 9:15 am and had everything repaired and ready to go within an hour. I technician was very polite, personable, professional and informative. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The install went great. The installer was clearly a professional and well experienced in garage door installs. All the new equipment looks great. The new door is well insulated and seals up well, looks great. The new opener is super quiet, has a backup battery in case of power outage, and can be opened/closed from my iPhone. Casey was very friendly and helpful.

My garage door spring broke over the weekend. I called and left a message Sunday night, and got a return call at 8:15 on Monday morning. They took some additional information, and told me they would call back in an hour to schedule the service. Sure enough, around 9 am they called and said they would be at my house between 2 pm and 4 pm. At 2:05 pm, the service guy showed up. He was professional, knowledgeable, and worked quickly...He was done in about 30-35 minutes, and the repair was exactly as promised. Use these guys!

It went very smooth from the install of the doors to the trim around the doors, I recommend these people to anyone who wants to upgrade your doors great job by the company!

Came out to provide estimate. Knowledgeable, professional and did not try to talk us into more than we needed. We ended up doing that ourselves! Wanted a custom color. Fawley sent for the color strips, explained the process to us, provided accurate estimate of time to delivery, did a go great job of installation, cleaned up the mess....we could not have asked for better service.

They did a really nice job. I checked the old pages and I checked Angie's List. They got good reviews on Angie's List. They were thorough and they knew what they were doing. Their price was really reasonable.

Called Fawley on a Friday morning after garage door spring broke. We could not raise the door manually (too heavy) so both cars were stuck in the garage. They arranged a 2 hour time window for Friday afternoon and were there on time. We decided to add a second spring to the door so that if one broke in the future, we could still manually raise the door. Work was completed in about 45 minutes. This is the second time we have used Fawley and we will definitely call them again if needed.

The tension spring broke leaving our cars stuck in the garage. Fawley could not do the repair that day, but did come lift the door so we could remove the vehicles, which we greatly appreciated.

I called on Wed. and the technician was out the next day. He called in the morning and set up a 2 hr time window for that afternoon. He arrived right on time and immediately got to work - no wasted motion. Work was completed in under an hour. He tested the system and made needed adjustments. Door works great. Price was a little above phone quote, but they really can't tell how long a job is going to take without checking out the system. Overall in same price range as a competitor. Would definitely recommend Fawley and will use them again if needed.

The opener had partially come off the track inside the opener itself. Tyler took it down, repaired it, put the door back on track, adjusted the chain and fixed the light bulb and only charged us a 15 minute service call. Well worth the $75.00 service call. Tyler exhibited good service, pleasant attitude, honesty, quick schedule, prompt arrival and a professional skill set to complete this job in short order.

We arrived home to find one of the two springs on our garage door broken. After research online, I found that this is a common problem as springs are only designed to last for 10,000 cycles or so. For us, that's about 7 years. I contacted Fawley through their website contact form requesting a quote to replace both springs. If you're going to replace one, you might as well do both at the same time. I received a phone call within an hour or so. The call was on a Thursday and we set an appointment for Saturday. The phone call also detailed the cost to replace the springs. They arrived on time and completed the job in about 1-2 hours. They charged exactly what they said it would cost when speaking on the phone 2 days prior. I would wouldn't hesitate calling this company again for any garage door related issues.

Installed a new garage door and opener.

Problems with garage door balance and movement. Made request on their website and they called me later that day and made an appointment for the next day. Greg came out and quickly and efficiently serviced the door to make it operate properly. He even gave me some tips on installing a garage door opener that I have planned. Great experience.

I have a very expensive sectional garage door. The bottom section was damaged and needed replacement. I obtained Fawley from Angie's List and called and explained the situation to the person that answered the phone. In the course of the conversation Fawley told me that it would be cheaper to order the section from Lowe's and once you get the door we would be glad to install. Subsequently, I ordered the door(Lowe's) and Fawley picked up the section completed the installation.. By the way Lowe's did an great job and I may have saved some money.

Both torsion springs broke at the same time on garage door and it was stuck closed with a vehicle inside. Called Fawley Door and they were able to come the same day and replace springs and put door back into service.

My experience overall went very well.
