 + -1 moreCouldn't have asked for a better experience. From the start, the quote was very thorough. The builder, John Hawley always gave me the benefit of the doubt and was very good about level setting expectations. Of course there were a couple problems that were made very minor with immediate intervention. I was very apprehensive about going through the building process. Rico Construction mad the experience a delightful one.
Description of Work: The house was basically brought down to the studs, only leaving several walls. Square footage increased from 1,100 to 3,000, and the basement was expanded by one-third.

 + -1 moreHE REALLY DOES A GOOD JOB. EVERYTHING TURNED OUT LOOKING REALLY NICE. I WOULD SAY THAT HE IS DEPENDABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY. THE WORK THAT HE DID IS ALL HOLDING UP NICELY.
Description of Work: HE ADDED A PORCH ON TO MY HOUSE.
