Excellent Job. Gave me an estimate the same day I called. The installers were very good and cleaned up after themselves. I called about a problem and they came right out. A pleasure to work with.

Only problem was they had to re-schedule the installation after waiting a month for the door. Also, was told one amount at presentation to start the process and another at time of ordering. We settled on original amount, but over all very impressed and pleased, especially with the installation crew.

These gentlemen were great!! Cleaned up after the project which you don't see a lot of any more!

The sales rep (Bill) was prompt, and he came prepared with a quote which was straightforward and competitive. The garage door had better insulation rating than others I had looked at, and it was installed within two weeks of signing the contract. The installers work directly for Clarkston Window and Door, not outsourced. They were on time, efficient, friendly and worked around any obstacles in the garage. They even swept out the leaves that had accumulated in the garage while they were cleaning up. I was pleased with the work and would recommend them.

Bill at Clarkston Window and Door made the process of replacement of a garage door and opener very very easy. Turned out I didn't even have to miss any time at work to get it done. Communication was fantastic, pricing was competitive, service was prompt and as promised. I'll go to this company first the next time I need a service or product they offer.

Called on weekend. They told me they could make the day after next and arrived on time and commenced the repair that day. Professional and still reasonable. My door was off the track due to a side rail that was badly bent from tenant damage. All was repaired and door was able to close again.
