Juan and Dominick were very professional with their work. They were very patient answering my questions and other requests regarding saving some parts of the old garage door for my brother. Also, they made sure that their work and any discarded material was confined in the area that they are working. They did not leave without double checking the area for any mess, such as nails, especially - they left my property clean. They also made sure that I have all the pertinent information with demonstration before leaving. Bill, who initially estimated the cost for the replacement, was also very professional. He itemized everything in the contract and explained exactly what includes in the work. They also work fast and most definitely on time. Bill, Juan and Dominick are very courteous and polite and OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The owner returned my calls on the same day and answered all my questions. His crew of 2 were on time, worked quickly and cleaned up. The price for a new garage door, opener and installation for everything was a few hundred dollars less than other companies I called.

They were the only pros who actually called me regarding my request. I was already working on them for some windows and didn't even think of them for my garage door as my brain never went past the word "window" in their name. I'll think better next time. They were awesome. Gave me my estimate and scheduled the install the very next day. I was really relieved to have it fixed and glad that it didn't cost me an arm and a leg.

Installed two new doors with openers in 6 hours and clean up. Took all scrap with them.

The 2 Installers ran into some complications installing the Garage Door Opener for the New Door. They had to do a lot of extra work which added about 4 hours to a normally 4 hour complete job. They worked very hard, above and beyond the normal installation. Cleaned up the mess very well.

Door is great. Everything went well. Took less than 6 hours. (do not know exact time, as we were not there when install was complete)Did not realize they would require additional wooden supports. Supports were added. Unpainted pine. Would have been nice to know so we could have paint ready. Not a big deal.

Bill was great in communication. Contacted me right away. Set up same day appointment. Had the door in stock. Installers were timely and efficient. Factory sent door panel with small dent. Bill showed me the flaw and ordered new panel immediately. Follow up was amazing. Pricing was very competitive. Only performed worked that needed to be done. Not pushy and very easy to interact with.

Bill was prompt in contacting me, showed up when he said he would and gave me the information I needed about the job. Because my garage has a low ceiling there was some extra work needed to make the garage door and opener work in the space. Bill and his crew worked steadily and competed the job in about five hours. He also returned to drop off a paint chip so I can get matching paint for my entry door and to reprogram my key pad opener when I couldn't get it to work.
