Hired M and A Services to install a privacy fence. I received a confirmation that the fence would be installed before our property went on the vacation rental market. Received an update that fencing was on back-order - they failed to order the pieces when I paid the deposit. It took several calls to get the install scheduled. The crew ran into issues due to a wedding and weather. We took off work a drove 3 1/2 hours to find that the crew did not show. Rescheduled for the 3rd time. The biggest issue was the quality of work. The fence is not level or straight and has several gaps. The posts are not set properly in cement and not secure - several Our neighbors have complained about the quality of the fence - very embarrassing to spend this kind of money and not have Mike stand behind the quality of work. I have left over 5 voicemails and several text messages to address the issues and discuss his remediation plan. Mike has not responded over 10 days.

We had M&A install a Pickett fence with a gate in front of our house along with a tall fence slab in our backyard. They did a great job and it was very good value for the money. Iâ d definitely use them again!

They do not come when they say they will. 4 times... they never showed up or called. The work crew was very good but the management was very poor.

Lack of communication to the employees doing the job. Employees sat around most of the time they were at my house!

I needed this job completed sooner than was originally scheduled. I called them and they agreed to fit me in a slightly faster time frame which was super helpful. They were also VERY good about communicating with me. Also, their cost estimate was very reasonable and did come in at that exact $$ number.

I called M and A Services and Adam, their estimator, came out the very next day and gave me an estimate on my wood fence repair. He also had several suggestions to keep the damage to my fence from happening again. My repair was scheduled for July 26 which was about six weeks away. But Mike, the owner, called me on June 12 and told me that he had some time that day if I was interested. So my fence repair actually got done in only a few days thanks to Mike's diligence and consideration for his customers. And on a 90-degree day also. Another thing that impressed me about M and A Services was their communication and customer service which I found to be lacking with other fence companies. This was a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend M and A Services and already have.

They done a good job. Even though their was material scarcity, they managed to get it and their price is reasonable.

Fence turned out great. Mike was great to work with. We would recommend to others looking to get a fence installed at a great value.

Excellent service and were laid back, mike did a good job!!

The work crew was young and could use a little more supervision. However I understand that they were short people due to covid. Most importantly when they finished and I said I need a couple tweets done to my gate I had no problem at all. They came right out fixed it and we were very happy with it.

They get the job done and do it right or they will come back and fix what did to be done.

Once we got around the weather they came when promised, left the area as good as they found it.

Great job. I would have given customer service a 5, but when the job had to be postponed due to weather, I was not contacted on the day it was due to be done to let me know. I had to call to find out. The crew was very good, fast and professional. Price was good. Fence looks great. Would hire them again.
