I decided not to get the fence done. I waited for a year to get my refund. However, M & A Services made things right.

Just had a fence installed by M and A Services. Mike was very communicative and responsive to my texts and calls. Had a quick turnaround from the time of estimate to project completion (less than 2 weeks total). Gave a very affordable price for the project, and had it completed sooner than anticipated. Overall, we are thrilled with the results and would recommend/ use this company again.

Didn't show up to do the job as promised and then finally showed up with improper equipment and was fired immediately.

I would definitely hire M&A Services again. Professional, friendly staff and prompt scheduling. Mike and his crew arrived on time and did a fantastic job! Thank you so much!!

They called me back on a Sunday after I requested contact, had an estimator out Monday morning, and took care of my fallen (but still attached) branches before 5:00 the same day! What a great experience! Definitely keeping their contact information for any future issues!

They did a fantastic job for me everything went very smooth and done in a timely manner there was lots of communication and I appreciated that very much they cut down a huge tree for me with no problems it was a big job and they did it very well I am very pleased with the results I would definitely hire them again .

I got from the M and A bad customer service, they did not even want schedule an appointment to do the job, I was told to call back on friday date to set finally the appointment I was called a lier one I reach out them. They were very unprofessional and disrespectful with me.

They are very professional and fast , and good quality of wood I'm very happy I don't have to deal with the brats next door any more thank you my pets are happy now

They were able to fit me in their schedule a few days ahead of time which was nice. They showed up promptly and did a great job repairing the fence gates and even offered good solutions.

They cleaned up very well! You would never know they were there. It just looks great! I highly recommend these people.

Do not pay them deposit! One person comes over on the beginning of June to give us estimate. I agreed and they set the date for July 2. Before the date the office called and switched the date to July 9. Mike showed up on this day and say that they do not have the measurement and measured again. This was the day when the fence should be installed. He told me that the fence will be done over the weekend. I decided that I want smaller area to be fenced and later I received message that it will be more expensive than original estimate for bigger area. I told them that I will not pay more for less area. Nobody showed to do the fence without a word. On July 14 I asked what is going on. I got a bunch of excuses. Finally I told them that I want my deposit back and I will look for somebody else. July 15 some people showed up and put post. They told us that the concrete must dry and they be back next day. Next day was raining all day long. Nobody showed up till July 20. Finally they did the fence but I notice that is many scratches, when I told them about this they told me to buy paint and paint it!!!! When they left I notice that one post is loose. I mentioned this to them and I heard that this is my fault because I was moving it around. I checked and there was no concrete! Terrible job and customer service. Not reliable and professional. Mike was very nice but some of his workers were unsafe and uncaring about property damage. M and A finally finished their job but were several days late because of bad luck and bad decisions by his employees. Sorry Mike, but I cannot recommend your service to others.

They were quick and professional, keeping me up to speed on everything along the way. They made sure that I got exactly what I wanted done, along with made sure I understood the whole process so there would be no surprises. Well done all across the board, would recommend!
