I feel like I had to work harder than they did to complete the job! If you want to play phone tag, wait around for crews to show up...and they do not! Then this is your kind of business! Simple 110 chain link install took a minimum of 10 phone calls! To get the ob completed was a chore, had to go clean my neighbors yard up when they were done. Tools, excess fencing, pop bottles, post caps, and a post hole digger! To get the job done we resorted to threatening to call BBB

This was by far the worst company/management I have ever worked with. I could write a novel on this, but I will try to keep it as summarized as I can. Mike was quick to come out and give me a quote for fence removal and installation, but that was where his quality service ended. Mike said I would be contacted the next day to make arrangements.... fast forward 2 weeks (and 2 voicemails and a text from me to him trying to schedule) I finally get a call to schedule. It was completely clear Mike had ZERO record of ever coming to my house and I had to provide all the info to him. He even made a comment about **we may get there earlier and if that happens then we get done earlier, and Iâ ll just get a better review**. And then on install day (Mike was not present) I got a call from Mike after installers arrived saying that they needed to know what the project was and that they didnâ t realize they were also going to have to take down a fence... ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! This is now the 3rd time Iâ m providing the information. I told Mike I was frustrated because he did not seem to recall coming to my house or talking two days before when scheduling (and he told me I didnâ t need to be present upon fencer arrival) and he literally gaslit me trying to tell me he wasnâ t the one that came out. I was positive it was him and also confirmed via talking to his employees at install. In addition, the quote Mike wrote on a business card for me included another portion of fence which we decided not to do, so he gave me the updated quote on the phone the night he left my house, so I did not have written proof that the price he verbally told me was $200 less than what I ended up paying. The fence did turn out okay and the installers were polite and did a good job.. part is angled kind of crooked and one of the boards they cut vertically is pretty bad (I only had 40 feet of fence, so yes I noticed) In addition, we had to store some of the extra fencing and tools for a few days because the employee with the truck had to leave early because of Mikes poor listening and planning. It shocks me that this company has so many good reviews on HomeAdvisor, because it was just one thing after another. I would absolutely not recommend this company if you care about timeliness or good communication.

"We'll be there first thing in the morning," means noon. And they may forget some tool and need to borrow some of yours, but once they got going, the railings went in fast, they kept checking with me to make sure it was how I wanted it, and they were relentless until the job was done. It was done in just hours and they cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them to family members. Hire local.

They promised to be here in the morning and got here at noon. But then the project of putting staggered railing in went pretty smoothly. They had to borrow some of our tool as they had forgotten to bring them but the project got done all in one day. They asked me specific questions in order to get it right and were careful not to damage any electrical or hose lines that were there. They were pleasant and efficient. I would hire them again.

They were very polite and listened carefully to what we wanted. It was a small job but they agreed to get our fence installed within a week to ten days and true to their word they had it installed within a week. We had already had several estimates and M and A price was very fair. From estimator to crew they were very professional. The owner even stopped by to be sure we were happy, Would recommend them in a heartbeat!

While on the job, the crew worked fast and did a professional job. Communication about times and days could have been much better, but the end result was a very nice brand new wood privacy fence.

Fast!

These guys are great! When the snow started, I expected that I would have to wait till it cleared up for them to finish what they started, but they pushed through! They fenced in my whole back yard in under a week. Plus, they did it for half of what I was quoted by another company and it turned out beautifully, I absolutely love it and the dogs are so happy to have more space!

I had 4 companies bid on my fence job. From the start M and A Services listened to what I had to say. When it came time to complete the work they were very respectful and the work was AAA . The men cleaned up after themselves. All the equipment and supplies were picked up. Their prices are also good. I will hire them again without hesitation.
