They were on time, and went over and beyond what they agreed to do.

Worked efficiently and cleaned everything up. I would hire them again.

The tree was cut and gone in a few hours and the yard was clean. I would highly recommend M&A services.

The original job was fence repair. Then I had them back for pressure cleaning. In the Spring, I will have Mike back a 3rd time for addtl work. I recommend M&A highly.

We hired Mike to cut down 2 large trees in our front yard. We had discussed prior to the start of the job that we were going to keep all the wood and they would put it by our fire pit. After the trees were taken down Mike, the owner, left to go to another job and left the trees for the 2 other co workers to clean up and put by the fire pit, which is about 120 feet away from the cut down trees. It took them a little longer than anticipated but no big deal they were to come back the next day to finish it up. The next day they showed up mid afternoon and left behind a large pile of very large logs that needed to be cut up more and moved to the pit. I then spoke with mike letting him know his crew left behind a large pile and would like them to finish the job. It took 2 weeks before they returned and they wound up taking all the logs leaving us with just branches. We had specifically said we wanted all the wood, and that we could use it. We were left with leaves and large branches that all we could do is just clean up. No usable wood.

The owner was very up front and honest. The job got done, took longer than estimated, was very large tree and situation was understandable. I would recommend this company to others.

They did what I requested in a timely manner for a fair price.

Dropped one tree on my birch tree. Lots of dead branches still hanging off of it. They said they would be back the next week to get rid of the stump. Stump is still there and it has been a couple of months. Nice guys, but would not hire again.

Did everything in a day good work and fair price

Mike,seemed nice.In the beginning of the job. Communication was not very good. After I shared how we felt about it, his communication improved greatly.Our second issue was getting him to finish job. Weather did play a role in prolonging the job which, is understandable. He then made a "promise" to complete job on a certain day but, then told me he had a ball game and could come back that night to finish or first thing the next morning. We wanted him to keep his promise so he came back at 9 pm that, night to finished job. It was not good at all! The gate on fence is all jacked up, there are baseboards on only parts of fence, and fence is all uneven.He didn't dig the ground to make fence all level. gaps were left where our dogs could get out. We have contacted him a number of times to come back and fix the fence and gate. He says he would come last week tow do repairs but, never showed or called. We went with M and A because he was quite a bit cheaper then other quotes. Bottom line you get what u pay for. And sadly we didn't even get that. We paid 4k for fence but, quality wise its more like a 2k job :( He is young and probably is still learning I don't know? e he can make things right with us. Sadly, this was my first time using Home Advisor and now, after this experience I dont use Home Advisor

Michael was very kind and his bid for the job was very good. He and his workers arrived the first day they said they would, worked until 4:00 and left. He did not return to complete the stump removal after that. Once he called and said they would be coming over to work in 2 hours - they never showed up. I tried to call them and he does not answer his phone. I am very disappointed. Now I will have to find another company to come in and complete the job that was contracted to be done. I would not hire M and A Tree Removal again.

Texted me about 15 min after I requested info from them. Came the next morning and gave me an estimate then proceeded to complete the work the same day. I was thrilled!

These guys work very well together.

Unfortnately as the winter progressed, the service significantly deteriorated. People would not show up, at one point they shoveled my neighbors driveway. When I would call to speak with Mike he was rude and used foul language. The last big snow storm no one ever showed up. When I asked for a refund of the final payment, Mike agreed, but 7 weeks later despite several "the check is in the mail" responses, I have not received the refund.

Good, reliable and consistent.

Honest guy. Hardworking and dedicated. I don't have a single complaint about Michael.

They were fair and easy to get along with. Very knowledgeable and courteous.
