Sam came out immediately and fixed our sliding door. There was a slight problem the next day with the lock and he came back and fixed that. His price was a little higher than I thought it might be, but his service was excellent. I kept his number and will call him again, if needed.

The locksmith, Sam, arrived punctually. He installed a new storm door lock and additionally repaired the face hole of another door lock which had been installed by someone else years ago & needed repair. The price was a bit high, but the professional workmanship was worth it.

Professional & pleasant

Life savers, my sliding door would not close or lock properly, they were able to make it out the next day!!

I hired them to put a new lock and dead bolt on front door the job was ok, although he used a very cheap lock/deadbolt set and charged me high end retail $249.00 . They said they would repair rear entrance door. I told them I was on a budget so they they could do a good job and make look food and function well. It looks bad, it doesn't fit properly, sloppy half way work. I should have not paid them but they were friendly so I trusted them. I'm in a wheelchair and really could not get up and check the job out closely and it was getting dark. I even gave them a tip. $665 bucks later, and the back door still needs to be repaired. This is why I normally don't use Angi, and won't ever use them again. They could even give a decent receipt just the totals of the checks I gave them to pay. But they made sure to state in or on there email, that all sales are final.One more thing l should have called a professional.

Knew exactly what to do in a short period of time.

Professional got the lock fixed. The quality of the lock wasn't very good. It locks but needs quite a bit of force. It is enough to hold off buying a new door for now.

They worked to fix the sliders on a 1970’s sliding door wall. They were able to use available parts they had to complete the repair. The overcame what many would just not try to fix. Great job Sam!
