We were extremely impressed with Brandon's professionalism, knowledge and ability to handle our job. He came recommended to us and after we met with him we did not seek out other bids because we knew his price was very reasonable and he was willing to do whatever was needed. Two prior contractors had painted for us but refused to do anything with our chimney so it was in really bad shape! Brandon was not at all fazed by the height or difficulty of this challenge. Our job was delayed a month from expected start date because of all the rain this spring which is certainly not his fault. We were in the middle of selling our house and Brandon made sure it was completed before closing and he was even willing to work to our buyer's satisfaction. He was contracted to repair, caulk and paint the trim but went ahead and painted the siding when he noticed that the finish was beginning to degrade and knew it would look better with the two peaks freshly painted too. He even refused to let us pay for the extra paint. There was a mis-communication about the stain color for the deck (totally my fault) and when it was brought to his attention he power washed and re-stained the deck the correct color without a problem. His workers did a great job and left my yard immaculate when they left and I'm a picky person.

I was basically in a last-minute pinch, as my other contractors had to make last-minute schedule changes and my calling-all-blood-relatives plan hadn't gone quite as I had imagined it would. I'm a single mom, and some of the other painters I got estimates from tried to sell me on all sorts of auxiliary services, in some cases to the tune of several thousand dollars. I got the feeling some of them were just trying to paint during the slowest time of year. Brandon came in and didn't once try to take advantage - in fact he suggested things I could easily do myself to save money. (For example, my 5 year old and I painted our own closets.) Brandon and his crew were tidy and professional, and finished the work ahead of schedule. After the job, he scheduled a time to do a walk-through and point out things to me and make sure everything was satisfactory. Of all the contractors I used on my new condo, he was the only one who did everything the way I wanted and kept all his commitments. I have since recommended him to several friends and family. My parents were impressed with his work and have already booked him for a job at their house.

The job went extremely well. Brandon listened to our needs and then offered up ideas on how to save a few bucks.. Brandon even provided his thoughts on our color pallet. It was almost like having your own personal color consultant. He repainted our guest bathroom that was recently painted by the handyman and made it even more immaculate. Brandon himself did a lot of the work and you can tell that he just loves to paint. His guys are great. They work very cleanly and work hard to get the job done in a timely manner. They worked from 8-5 every day. Brandon was available when I called if I had questions. He took the time to inspect the job carefully when it was completed. Brandon is a true professional and goes over and beyond in the realm of great satisfaction and customer service. We have a few more rooms to complete once we finish the remodel and will be calling Brandon in to finish those jobs.

I liked that it was itemized so that we could make some tradeoffs. His pricing was very competitive. The job itself was great. He is very professional. Brandon himself did a lot of the work and you can tell that he just loves to paint. His guys are great. They work very cleanly and work hard to get the job done in a timely manner. He is very flexible and worked really well around our other contractors and made life easy. He even would come in over the weekends to make sure we hit our schedule. The quality of his work is outstanding. I really like his attention to detail, particularly around the crown molding and in corners. He would take the extra steps to complete the work perfectly. When we had some last minute color changes, he was very accomodating even though we were making things a little difficult for him. We liked him so much that we just hired him to paint a new house that we just bought. I didn't even bid out the work given how much confidence I have in his work and his pricing. Overall, he is just a great painter and a great guy to deal with. He and his crew are a pleasure to have in your home.
