Went well, was on time and quick. Only issue is he didn't have antifreeze to complete the winterization of my well pump. It wasn't a big deal, but I had to go buy some and put it in myself. Still, that was minor and I will use again.

The repairs to the system and the winterization were done in a little over an hour. 2 guys came to the do the work. They worked quickly and efficiently and did a good job. The problem came when we got the bill. When we called to schedule the appointment, I asked for the hourly rate. I was told it was $48 per hour. So, when we got the bill and it was well over double that amount, we were surprised. When we called them for an explaination, they said that there were 2 people at our home, so the hourly rate is double. When we asked the lady on the phone about why she did not say that there hourly rate was per person, she said it was because we did not ask how many people would come to the house. We only asked how much per hour. Needless to say, even though they did good work, we would have to think long and hard about using them again. We felt ripped off by them over the misquote in the hourly rate. We obviously did not know how to repair the sprinkler system valve since we called someone to do it for us, so how would we know to ask how many people they were sending. A company that did poor work for us a few years ago just had 1 person come to our house, so again, why would we ask how many people are coming to repair our sprinkler system? We will see how well the system works in the spring when it is time to turn it back on. And we still feel ripped off on the hourly rate quote, so again we will have to consider all that if we need the help from a professional again. I marked no for use again because maybe was not a choice, and I could not say for sure that I would call them again. 6/9/14 - Tried to turn on our system. Doesn't work!! Called them but not returning our call. Something seems to be wrong with the valves - and they did work on them. Not good!!!

They came to do routine work and got stuck with a big messy leak. Took charge and got it handled quickly and correctly. Very easy guys to work with. Checked with me on the shrub removal, use of garden hose, asked permission for everything. They didn't assume anything. They were prepared to fix up the landscaping but I didn't require it. I needed the shrubs removed anyway!
