Well he showed up a few minutes early. Introduced himself and I took him into the computer area. He started working on it and found the issues I was complaining about right away. As he worked he explained what he was doing which I didn't really understand but it was nice of him to try. He gave me a few pointers on how to avoid the issues in the future and went on his way. The computer has been working great since he left! Very happy.
Description of Work: Cleaned out Viruses and spyware from my computer.
