 + -1 moreJim Clark accommodated my complicated schedule and came when he said he would. (Note however that his primary job requires him to be on-call so he's not always available when he hopes to be.) He competently and quickly worked down my list of things to be done and he left everything clean and neat. I have made use of his capable services for several years.
Description of Work: Over two days, Jim Clark installed a new programmable thermostat, replaced a door knob with a lever handle, replaced weatherstripping on garage door and two exterior doors, purchased and installed a new fluorescent light fixture, repaired two gutter downspouts, cleaned all gutters, and moved heavy outdoor furniture into garage.

 + 0 moreHe arrived when he said he would, completed the jobs capably and quickly, and he cleaned up after himself. His prices seem reasonable. He was great!
Description of Work: This spring, Jim Clark altered an unsightly rain downspout to make it less obtrusive and he repaired an underground wire to a yard post light that had been cut in two places. In the last year or so, he installed an additional rain downspout where it was needed, he installed a long overhead shelf in my garage, a hanger rack in my laundry area as well as a new fluorescent light fixture, and a large pegboard for hanging and storing hand tools in my cement block basement walls.
