+ -1 moreThe overall experience was great. I needed an appointment quickly and I was able to get one the next business day. The technician called me when he was twenty minutes away so that I could leave work and meet him which was awesome. The repair only took twenty minutes or so and the machine was back up and running. The only complaint I have is that the service is very expensive- a small part and a quick install was almost $300.00.
Description of Work: repaired "switch" in washing machine - it had stopped spinning
