EARTH CONCEPTS

Hard to say,they sent a sales rep. He told me he had all kinds of ideas for the job and never got back to me with questions, an estimate or anything. Just a total waste of time. Very bad communication.

?The person, I can't recall his name, came across as professional and knowledgeable. We spent about an hour going over the project on June 11. He said he would email me a quote. I liked what I heard and was anxious to get the quote. ?On June 24 I called the Earth Concepts office and asked Jennifer about my quote. She gave the excuse that you so often see on Angie's list about email problems the week before. I said no problem, but please provide me the quote. She said she get back to me. I never heard from her. ?Thinking maybe the company has a poor front office, I decided to give it one more shot. On June 26 I again called the Earth Concepts office. This time I talked to Christie. She also knew nothing about my quote but was apologetic about the prior problems and stated that she would absolutely get back to me by the end of the day. ?A few hours later she did indeed call me back. She said she was sorry but Earth Concepts would not be able to come out to quote. I explained that I had already been visited for a quote and was simply looking for it. She said she was sorry but they were too busy, maybe somebody signed up before you. I stated that I did not at any time give a time frame for my project so how could that have any bearing? I let her know that I was very disgusted with the treatment received and would state what happened on Angie's List. At that she explained that she was just back from 9 months off, the owner's wife and was just relaying what he had said, whether it was correct or not. She tried explaining away these issues every which way and she did apologize. The apology was sincere. But that doesn't excuse or explain the miserable performance. ? At the end of the day, this company should not be advertising any more this year and no one should attempt to use them until at least the fall, because they are apparently busy with one or more jobs until at least then.
