+ 0 moreI needed to have a full renovation done on a house in Northville, MI in a very short time frame all while living in New York. Mike did an extraordinary job taking a house that was in very bad shape and turning it into a home that looked brand new. The kitchen, bathrooms, wood floors, doors, light fixtures, walls/trim were all completed with stunning results. Important to note is that Mike completed the project ahead of schedule and within the budget. Additionally, Mike brought awesome interior/exterior design suggestions that made a huge difference in the overall look and feel of the home. I never once worried about the project - Mike kept me informed regularly during the progress and he was quick to contact me with any issues. Mike is one of those people who does what he says he will do and then goes on to exceed all expectations.
Description of Work: Mike Schuyler at Legacy Custom Builders did a complete renovation of a house for me in Northville, Michigan. The scope of work performed was significant and included: 1. Fully updated kitchen with granite counter tops 2. Fully updated bathrooms 3. New wood flooring and carpeting through entire house 4. Plumbing and electrical work 5. All new interior doors 6. New lighting fixtures in all rooms 7. Refinished/restored/painted walls/trim throughout entire house 8. Replacement/repair of windows 9. Roof repairs with all new gutter system 10. Updated landscaping 11. Home Safety Plan (i.e. Smoke, Carbon Monoxide Detectors, etc.)
