Creative and timely management of my design. Beautiful results. I am using them again for my 1st floor renovation.

It was the worse household experience in our many years of home ownership. It began as kitchen repairs for water damages and expanded to miscellaneous upgrades. Our home was in turmoil for months. We made the mistake of not rightfully pursuing Bailey and Shamoun as prime contractor for additional damages done by their subcontractors under any insurance coverages they might have had. As a result, resentment over those repairs, costs, and assignment of responsibility became an issue. Bailey tried to make us overlook inferior work done by their subcontractors. Our floor was refinished very badly and we were forced to seek an unbiased professional report in order to get it redone. Bailey was very unprofessional in carrying personal and job stories out from our home that came back to us and caused undue damage. No consideration for level of costs was given. A small balance on account was kept and reclassified to justify not applying to our final bill. We have items that are undone but are just relieved to have them out of our house and will tend to them ourselves. Because we subscribe to Angie's List and look for references ourselves, we feel it our obligation to report our own experience. We do not recommend them.

I was quite impressed with the quality of this company. Both of the ladies are receptive and responsive. They are easy to work with, not pushy or domineering. They do a great job getting me the highest quality for my money. I have recommended this company to some acquaintances.
