Badly. Hired this company to cut grass and weed eat. The first cutting on 6/2/2017 (with a “boss” present on site with crew) went well, they did a good job and I paid in full (cash $60.00) Second cutting was horrible, and incomplete, I called and spoke with Amanda, she spoke with someone she called Jim and led me to believe he was a manager of the crews. I was then told they would send a crew back out to finish the job properly. No One showed back up. I called again and was told there was a scheduling conflict. A week later they showed up to do a full service cutting and weed eating, this is the 3rd (and last time) they were at my home, this 3rd time once again the job was not completed. I called and again spoke with Amanda, then I was put on with a Josh. I was apologized to, and was told that they had “new crews” I was then told that my balance for the two cuts would be deleted from the account ( which both cuts were incomplete and the areas that were cut, was horrible, they missed big sections and left stripes of tall grass.) I told them I no longer would be needing their service. And hired someone else. ONE YEAR later I received a “Past due billing invoice” from them, claiming they wanted $605.00 from me, they were billing for multiple cuttings I never received, and on top of that charging $25.00 “late fee” for every month for a YEAR! I immediately called, I left several messages with no phone called back. After a few weeks of trying to get a call back I then decided to write a BBB Complaint Case, they did respond to that, but only claiming they provided service at my home 7 times (a lie), they also stated that I never contacted them (a lie) and they had sent multiple letters (a lie) I did the BBB complaint almost a year ago, June of 2018.. never heard anything from them after the response to my complaint and I did not except their resolution as I was and am not paying for service I did not receive. Now it’s April of 2019 and I’ve received a letter of collections for services I never received. I’m including photos of their BBB response only because they state what their dates of service are, 2 of which are 2 days in a row for grass cutting. (Who has their grass cut two days in a row) the dates they site in the BBB complaint even differ from the dates on the year later invoice.. which I’m also posting a photo of.. also on my photos you will see I wrote notes for each and every phone I call I made, and notes with who, I spoke to and what the outcome of the conversation was. For someone to they claim in their BBB response that NEVER called them I sure do have a lot of documentation on the issue. BEWARE of this company. They charge for services that you do NOT receive, they over bill, and they do not do good work on what they do provide. Since receiving this collections letter, I’ve now turned the matter over to my attorney, I’m going after them to delete to account, remove the case from collections, as well as for the aggravations this has caused along with all legal fees. Do yourself a favor and hire a reputable company, as this company is NOT. They are dishonest and do not go good work. I will gladly pay my attorney 5 times the amount they claim I owe rather then give this company another penny..on principle alone.
