gutter cleaning
 + -1 moreJohn called ahead as I asked and I met him at the house. John did a very nice job, was clean and left no mess behind. A very pleasant man and was even patient with my dogs wanting his attention. He charged an hourly rate of $30 and completed the job in an hour and a half. $45 and this huge task was done and I need not worry about until next year. I will use him in the future since my ''Honey Do'' list is getting longer and longer and ''Honey Ain't Doing!''
Description of Work: John came out to clean our gutters before winter. Since John lived close by he drove past a day or two ahead of time to be sure this was a job he could handle and that the gutters were not too high. (No second story gutters he said.) John came prepared to tackle the task with his own ladder and bucket to haul the stuff down. He then washed down the gutters with the hose.

 + 4 moreJohn was on time, very reasonably priced, and completed every job that was agreed upon. His work was also excellent. He would not agree to something that he had no experience with or didn't feel comfortable doing. He also would not accept payment until all work was done. I have had him twice. I was so pleased the first time that I called him back for other things a second time.
Description of Work: Various: Electric light repaired and additional ones installed. Drywall repaired. Caulking done all over the house, inside and out. Window treatment installed. Bathroom caulking done. Garage door opener repaired. Dryer cleaned out.
