+ 1 moreRyan was very responsive in all our communications. He is very likable and provided a fast, fair and reasonable quote. He did the job when we wanted it and it was done very well. Ryan paid attention to every detail, even the trim and finishing touches were done with care. A final walkthrough of all the work wasn't done right away due to both of our schedules and he was understanding and accommodating. He did not expect final payment until we were completely satisfied and he offered a few different payment options, which was nice. We would use Ryan and Bear Construction again in the future and I would recommend them to any family or friend who had roofing, siding, window, etc., needs.
Description of Work: We contracted Bear Construction and Ryan to put a new roof on our home. Ryan also fixed some siding on our house and installed gutters.
