They are very consistent. I will continue to use them in the future.

Hired them to clean newly purchased home, primarily focusing on cabinetry (to prep for refinishing) and walls (to prep for painting). Two women arrived and got to work. After spending ~1-1 1/2 hours in the kitchen they moved on to clean the bathroom cabinetry and dust down walls. I had been in the basement of the home during this time and went to check the work in the kitchen. The cabinets were still sticky and the shelves/drawers were full of grime, crumbs, dirt, and in many cases actual objects the previous owner had left behind and we were unaware of. I was unsure what they had just spent so much time cleaning! I was told that they don't clean the insides of cabinets and drawers. (Isn't that what most people do when cleaning a newly purchased/obtained house?!). I was dumbfounded. I was also very pregnant and had hired them to do a job I was physically unable to do. Hired them to deep clean my house for $75/hour! They called their manager to come to the job site and inspect their work. I got to work cleaning the insides of the cabinets. I was so upset with the mediocre cleaning that had taken place, I asked them to leave. When I went out to meet the manager later, I was further shocked and dismayed to see that they had pulled out of my driveway by backing out onto the lawn between my driveway and my neighbors home. I was beyond dumbfounded at that point!

I was dissatisfied with their cleaning. They wouldn't do the things I asked. They didn't move things off of the counter tops when they cleaned them, they refused to hang up my clothes when the rest of the house was clean. I was using them biweekly and was continually dissatisfied with the service I received. I talked to the owner and they seemed on the ball, but the people that they have working for them are not very good. The first cleaning was good, and after that everything went down hill.

Overall I had a very bad experience. The first visit with the owner went well, she gave me the company information, including a guarantee of quality. I told her that this was my first priority, and they would only try to come on different days or send different crews if needed, but I was focused on quality. I was told that if I had anything I was unhappy about, to call them & they would send someone out that day to fix it. Well, within 2 months I started having problems with their quality & no one ever came back out. I called to try to confirm exactly what tasks should be done each time (they weren't doing some of the things on the brochure at all). I could never pin her down. Then even the basic things started getting skipped. (like not cleaning the stove top - leaving obvious dirt on surfaces, floors that should have been mopped, especially windowsills, etc). The owner never came out despite my specific requests that she do it. She ignored emails with photos of the dirt. When I finally called to cancel, she told me that they were going to cancel me anyway, because I was just too picky, no one will ever be "good enough". This was highly unprofessional, as she never came to inspect the job that had been done. I suspect that the cleaners that came out were deliberately leaving some messes as they know I had called to complain. Again, very unprofessional. I even suggested to revise the amount we were paying to ensure that the basic services that we wanted done were done. Nothing. Grrr - still makes me angry, all the hassles we had for about 6 months. I only wish we had canceled with them MUCH sooner.

The day we hired them we started having problems. They arrived before the time that we wanted them to come. Every time they sent a different crew to clean (they told us that it would be the same people every time they came). Different crews cleaned different things. When we called to complain they didn't show much interest or belief in what are complaints were about and we had reoccurring problems the next week. It was just a nightmare from the start. I only wish I would have spent the time to find someone new sooner.
