They did not do a good job and my carpets were as dirty as they were before. I wrote a complaint letter to them and they did not respond to it as well. I was very unhappy with their service.

I am very glad that I am using this carpet cleaner. I appreciate that he puts discs under all the feet and legs of the furniture, so that they won't get wet and rust. I think that they pay good attention to details like that better than their competition does.

Chem Dry seemed very responsible. They actually showed up a few minutes early to do my carpet cleaning which I thought was great. They did not miss any spots and I think my whole house smelled good as a result of their cleaning treatment; which I liked. I would definitely call them again in the future to clean my carpets. They offer great specials and deals and if you keep an eye out for their coupons, you can really get yourself a deal using this company.

Initially we had just wanted the carpets cleaned after moving into the house. When Chem Dry came out and explained the process, we decided that we needed more than just the cleaning. We have several animals, including a Great Dane puppy that sometimes still has an occasional accident. Different options were given to clean that area as well as the bedroom areas and he offered the Scotch guard treatment for all rooms as an additional protectant. This was all accomplished in a very reasonable time and I would call him back in the future.

THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY WERE ON TIME. THEY DID THEIR JOB QUICK BUT GOOD. THEY WERE IN AND OUT IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL WITH WHAT PRODUCTS TO USE ON MY CARPET FOR SMALL STAINS.
