There was some delay due to a problem obtaining parts but it went well once the parts came in and the oven is working well.

Had to order part-went well.

I got a confirmation call on 7/24/2014 am. The serviceman arrived by 3:10 pm was finished very quickly. I only has ti pay $62 and i got a 30 day warranty. I willdefinatwly call them again

I needed to get an estimate on my freezer repair. I had Advanced Appliance Repair come out to look at my freezer. I initially had to get the polarity fixed which took about a week and half to finish. I then got the board to repair the fridge which took another week to do, and ended up getting installed wrong. They then had to order a new board, which took another 2 weeks to come in. Once that board was installed, it too did not work. They then told me that it is my compressor that is not working and wanted to charge me for that as well. I'm very disappointment in not only the amount of time this has taken to be repaired, but also the amount of money that I have to put towards the repair for their lack of incompetence.

All went very well. One phone call and an appt was set up at a time that was convenient for me.
The repairman arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. And had the part in his van.
In and out in about 45 minutes. I would say use Advanced Appliance if you have a large appliance repair that needs to be done!

It went great! The dryer now heat up and dries my clothes. I am very happy it was fixed on the same visit.

Very professional. Appeared on time and assessed problem, ordered appropriate parts and will contact when they are received.

Appointment set up for two days after I made the call which was quicker than I expected. Refrigerator was making a buzzing noise occasionally, but working as usual. Didn't know if something was about to die or not.
Was called in the early morning when the repairman would arrive. Given a 2 hour window (not 4 like other services). Repairman came on time. Diagnosed the problem quickly. Disconnect the water valve solenoid. Explained the reason behind the noise. Charged me only the service fee and said that if the noise came back, I wouldn't be charged a service visit fee.
He also straightened the fridge and "set the legs" which the original service people never did.
He was 99% sure it was the water valve solenoid, but said to call back if it made the noise again. I'm pretty sure that this fixed the problem.

Service man well trained, went smoothly.

The repair person was professional and prompt. He gave me an estimate and his knowledge of the issue and possibilities of the valve going bad in another 4 years. We appreciated his advice.

It took a couple of tries but Advanced Appliance did great. They had to do some extra work troubleshooting, as this was a bit complex. Also they were always on time and prompt. I will use them again.

Mike was polite, explained the problem, fixed the evaporator and cleaned up. A day later the fridge got warm again. He came out refilled the coolant. A third time the fridge got warm. He came out again and found a tiny blockage in the line leading to the evaporator. He fixed it and we have had no problems since. Each time he came he helped me unload the fridge and put everything back. 3 different problems all covered by warranty and he only charged me for 1 service call even though he came out 3 times. I am going to call him for my dishwasher next. He was great. His staff was helpful, too.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR MANY YEARS. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN A CONVENIENT COMPANY. THEY ARE ON TIME TO MY HOME AND ALWAYS DO GOOD WORK. THEY ARE A VERY FRIENDLY AND RESPECTFUL COMPANY. I APPRECIATE THE COMPANY'S WORK PERFORMANCE.

THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN TO OUR HOME 10 TIMES TO WORK ON OUR WASHING MACHINE. THEY'VE REPLACED A LOT OF THINGS ON IT. IT'S UNDER WARRANTY & I'M NOT SURE IF IT'S A DEFECTIVE MACHINE OR POOR SERVICE WORK.
