Phil does a FANTASTIC job!  We started using him last Fall when we put our old house on the market. We had previously used a competitor for years, but every time I called them, it was as if they had never been to my house before. When I called Phil this time, he remembered who I was, where our old house was and was very accommodating to the date/time we needed.  He works VERY hard and does a great job - well worth the money!  I will continue to use him in the future.

I could not believe how clean he was able to get that carpet!  It was amazing what how clean my boy's room was after his service.  When we moved out of our house, he cleaned out all the rooms and did a fantastic job.  I would never even think about using someone else.  He was in and out of there fast too!  Now in our new house the two dogs have to mark their territory of course, so Phil is coming over this week to clean our carpets.

I took advantage of a Groupon offer to purchase $80 worth of carpet cleaning for $40. I called to schedule an appointment with Phil and we scheduled it for about a week later. The groupon was good for one room and the other two rooms were an additional $20 each for a total of $80 spent to clean carpet in three rooms. Phil gave me instructions on what to do to prepare and what to expect, including what time he expected to arrive and asking us to remove trinkets from the top of furniture and giving the carpet a good vacuuming before he arrived. I received a call from Phil the night before to confirm the address and appointment time. He told us he would arrive around 8am or 8:15 and he actually arrived a few minutes before 8. He was friendly, professional and courteous, taking the time to place plastic guards on wall corners to prevent damage from the hose and also taking the time to make sure all the furniture was moveable before starting. Phil completed the job in a less than two hours and the carpet looked great! All the stains that we had really worried about were gone, and the carpets look and feel like new again. Phil also cleaned the little entry rug on his way out the door which was a nice gesture.

I tried to stay ahead of him moving things and vacuuming (again, I was ill, and ill-prepared) but Phil was on the job, finding and identifying stains that needed pretreatment. He showed me a few that may not be treatable but we agreed to give it a go. Keeping my naughty puppy confined with me, I checked periodically to see if he had any questions but he was zooming through his cleaning and had it all under control. I have lived in this house for almost 10 years and had my bad girl puppy for 2 and never had the whole house cleaned professionally. Now, facing a mastectomy in 3 days and family coming to help, I was desperate, and unable to do the pick up, move and vacuum that should precede his arrival. Phil knew of my illness and when I wore down, he decluttered my HUGE craftroom floor and vacuumed, then did a beautiful job making it look like new. Wax stain in work room -gone. Pet stains everywhere - gone. The carpet looks new and Phil's kindness is only matched by his professionalism. Bad dog in your life? Messy kids, partner, YOURSELF?
