It was nice that he was a Master Plumber. Excel charges a very affordable and fair price for their work. Does excellent good work. No problems with any of the work performed. Provided a variety of work for me including checking all valves in my house.

It went very well . Very professional and prompt

He was able to fix the leak in the tub though in the kitchen all he did was snake the drain. I told him that it was still leaking and I asked him if he would caulk around the sink to seal it off. He told me to "just be careful" and walked out of my house. I then had my handyman over to complete the repair and he informed that the issue was never with the pipe but was with the sink itself as it did in fact need to be resealed.

This was the second time I've hired Darren for a plumbing project in my home. (The first was to replace a toilet, bathroom sink, and faucet a few years ago.) He'll be the first (and likely the only) person I call for future plumbing projects, for the following reasons: -- He returns calls promptly and shows up on time. -- He is very professional and efficient -- He is very meticulous about the work and cleans up thoroughly. -- His caulking is flawless! -- He's knowledgeable about his trade and happy to answer questions or make recommendations. -- Pricing seems to be very fair.

Darren knows what he's doing. He shows up on time, he's courteous, and his prices are fair. We've always been happy with his work.

Darren promptly came out that same day, which was so wonderful. He was a few minutes late but called prior to showing up telling me that there was traffic. He promptly got to work on the sink. Covering everything up underneath the sink and cleaning up afterwards. He fixed our toilet, it didn't have a proper flange. He then walked around the house looking at all plumbing and made recommendations. He was so professional, prompt, and courteous. I would recommend him a heartbeat! He was honest and that is hard to find these days.

Darren is a wonderful professional and a great person. I have used him previous to this project and also since. Cannot say enough good things about him and have recommended him to family, friends and neighbors. I wouldn't even consider another person for general plumbing work.
