They came in the evening and both Charles and Joyce were professional and knowledgeable. The work was performed quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable cost. From our initial communications I was impressed with Charles' interest in my project. He was quick to respond to review the work to be done and follow up during the quoting process. Upon review of my electrical panel service upgrade (100 amp to 200 amp), and other miscellaneous wiring tasks, he explained how he envisioned the layout and advised of the brand of electrical panel that he would quote for the project. He pulled the permit and coordinated with the local electrical inspector and Consumers Energy to schedule the project. Meticulously high-quality work in every detail. Took the time to make sure we clearly understood the upgrades to our newly-purchased 1955 home and safety implications. Charles discovered electrical grounding throughout our home of which we were unaware and devised an improved upgrade plan that saved us money relative to his original quote. That's integrity! I'm a fairly decent DIY electrician, but I was way over my head with two intermittent problem wiring issues. Charles is a true MASTER Electrician, just as his credentials state. He expertly diagnosed both issues, carefully tested his theories, made numerous rewiring repairs in walls & ceilings, double & triple checked his visible fixes, and expertly used circuit & voltage testers to check the invisible ones. The bill was totally reasonable. The best part is the piece of mind my wife & I now have about a fix for what could have been a dangerous situation. This man knows what he's doing. That is why Charles will be the only electrician I'll be calling from now on.

I had my electrical panel upgraded and the meter housing, including all exterior equipment, repIaced in advance of replacing siding on my house. The results are awesome.
