 + 0 moreContractor seemed competent and was easy to work with through most of the project. His helpers were not as competent. Near the end, I paid him the final payment, which was a HUGE mistake. He did not return to finish several items that he had promised would be completed. He also did not repair an exterior faucet which his men broke. I also found a number of vinyl sections incorrectly cut, leaving openings in the siding. He will not answer/return calls. Another contractor that looked at the siding asked me if the contractor had ever sided a house before.
Description of Work: 1 - Replaced wood deck with composite deck boards. 2 - Replaced vinyl siding.
