"Again, like I said over the phone with you I am sorry that you felt the cleaning job didn’t meet your standards. The standards you gave were given to us from all several other cleaning companies you had a problem with in the past. You wanted us to dust with only a feather duster when you had major dusting to be done, when I explained that wouldn’t work you said thats what you wanted us to use. You wanted us to clean faster because you said all your old companies were too slow and did not clean and you had to babysit them. Finally, you wanted us to clean but with no cleaner. Again, I did the best I could with the limitations you gave me. I even went over and beyond with miscellaneous things around the house like washing all your woods floors, staircase, dusted underneath tables, cleaned behind furniture, moved furniture to clean, cleaned around the many loaded guns and finally cleaned up all your boric acid that was dispersed everywhere for bugs. Finally, it may have seemed like we were running around but that was due to the fact we were moving around you because you were cooking while we were trying to clean the kitchen. The 70-dollar cost was very reasonable for a two-story house that hasn’t been cleaned in 6 months. We did everything you asked and plus some. It seems to me after talking with you about all the other companies you have gone through that you have a problem with all of us. I have over 50 clients that are completely satisfied with my company and at this point I have tried to talk to you over the phone, which the communication may be a problem like you said due to you hanging up the phone on me. I don’t appreciate all these negative things you said after I have tried to talk to you and fix anything you needed to be done (with cleaners next time) and I went over and beyond with your given price standards. We only cleaned your house one time and I hope one day you can actually find and stick with a cleaning company that meets all your requirements."
