Jennifer and her team work efficiently and effectively to make our very busy home sparkle and shine. We have worked with many different cleaning people in the past and JMP is the best by far!

I am handicup and using wheelchair. When they arrive, it was standard begining, then they coming to me in the midle of job, and say they do not like it. Ithey brok our deal, they left my loundry in the midle of the cycle, in the basement and I Cannot, possibly take it up stairs, they've ne without groceries they was higher to bye, this is cruel frodulent people, we must remove license from this company and put them in jell. Be wear of this company, they rasists, and cruel criminals.

This company is awesome!!! Jennifer is so professional and always goes above and beyond to get the job done!!! She will also go out of her way to help you for last minute emergencies( family coming to visit). I Would HIGHLY recommend this company!!

Jennifer showed up with her sister. They were zooming around like a couple of chickens with their heads cut off. A couple of times I tried to talk to them but it was like I was getting in the way and they didn't have time for that. When they left everything was out of place and the house looked a mess. They only worked for 1 1/2 hours and said, and quot;see I told you we we fast.and quot; This was an initial cleaning. I called her and said we need to talk. I wanted to know if she had some sort of routine or system that would eventually lead to a complete cleaning. She said she could have, if that was what I wanted. Then when I started explaining my concerns like lots of things were not dusted, she gave me an argument and then things weren't clean, again an argument. I didn't want harsh chemicals that's why things weren't getting clean, when they hadn't even been touched. I told her that it wasn't working for me and not to come again. A few minutes later she called back and apologized. Then I continued with my concerns and again a bunch of arguments. If you want a fast job these girls are for you. If you want a good job it's not going to happen. No problems can be solved because there is zero communication.

I called JMP Cleaning Service and spoke to Jennifer, the owner. I was in urgent need of someone to clean my new home before we moved in. It was a last minute request because I was not expecting the home to be in such poor condition when we took possession. There were crayon, pencil and paint marks all over the walls. The kitchen and bathrooms had built up dirt and grime (including inside the cabinets). I knew I wasn't going to be able to do the job myself. Jennifer agreed to come out the next day. She, and her crew went straight to work and did an amazing job! She was truly a life saver. She is clearly a perfectionist, takes pride in her work and is friendly and accommodating. She's been out to my home twice since then and has done an amazing job each time. Both times, I had to leave my house while she was working and each time I returned to a sparkling clean home. Jennifer also follows up with a text to make sure I am happy with her work. I've hired house cleaners in the past that simply do a surface cleaning or just move the dirt around. JMP Carpet Cleaning Service looks for the dirt and gets rid of it!
