MATT FLETCHER HOME INSPECTIONS LLC

Matt came highly recommended by a close family friend. He inspected 3 different properties for us as we went through the home buying process. He was kind, courteous, and thorough. After spending a few hours poring over each of the houses, he sent us a comprehensive .pdf report including annotated pictures and recommendations plus ballpark costs. He seemed very honest and invested in helping us settle on a good house. He wasn't afraid to speak his mind, and found previously undisclosed fire damage on the first property he inspected for us. We hope to never have to move again, but if we or any of our close friends/family ever needed a house inspected, we would whole-heartedly refer them to Matt.

He is really good and was a nice guy. He gave my husband a lot of pointers, as it is an historical home and has been empty for 6 months. There are a lot of problems that we will need to take care of, but he made sure to tell us what to keep, like the basement sink that is made of cement (those are not made anymore). He didn't rush through it, but really took the time to walk us through everything. I would use him again and would recommend him to others.

Matt performed the inspection thoroughly, performed tests on the furnace, plumbing, and electrical. He pointed out areas for improvement in our home that we found very helpful in making our decision. He left us with a three-ring binder of information about our home, and was very informative. I would definitely use him again if I were buying another house.

I contacted Matt by phone and scheduled the dates. He gave estimates and how long each house would take. He was on time, friendly, and very thorough. He answered all our questions, took the time to explain different issues and gave some great advice and ideas. We are very happy with Matt's inspection service and will definitely be using him again, in the future.
